I have a 2 bedroom condo with underground & surface parking, numerous bi-level houses with 1, 2 & 3 bedroom legal suites. All houses have either a single or double attached & one detached double garage, available as required.

All suites have individual heating systems, so there is no conflict with other tenants regarding heat.

Most lower level suites have private entrances & most suites have their own laundry.

Leases, great references & good credit are required by all tenants.

Most suites have hard, easy clean, easy care flooring.

All appliances are supplied & kept in excellent repair however, if you break anything, you call a repair person (to be approved by me before repairs are done) & you repair it at you cost.

Suites can be LEASED bare or furnished as required.

My best assets are fantastic tenants & are treated as such however, no tolerance is given for late rent, destructive or unruly tenants.

All suites are classified as non-smoking, most are pet free.

Clearly defined expectations up front create excellent long term relationships.
